This two-phase project consisted of a 192-bed dormitory and a multi-use educational building.  Critical components consist of typical office space, retail space, commercial kitchen, reception area, computer labs, classrooms, dining hall and climate-controlled artifact storage.
 
This project is one of the first buildings to receive Silver LEEDS certification in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area.
