 Dormitory and Multi-use Educational Building
This two-phase project consisted of a 192-bed dormitory and a multi-use educational building.  Critical components consist of typical office space, retail space, commercial kitchen, reception area, computer labs, classrooms, dining hall and climate-controlled artifact storage. This project is one of the first buildings to receive Silver LEEDS certification in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area.

USCG - NOLA Emergency Operations Center

IKBI, Inc. constructed this three-story LEED Silver building. The project included all associated work involving site work, utilities, roadways, security and parking area. Scope of Work for our sister company Chahta Construction (formerly named Choctaw Electrical) included providing general electrical work, as well as installation of the fire alarm system, card access system, security system and telecommunication system.
