IKBI, Inc. constructed this three-story LEED Silver building which houses the administrative offices for the Sector Command Unit, command center, Naval Safety Office and Vessel Traffic Services for the Coast Guard. In addition, Training Classrooms for Emergency Management are also included along with a fitness and wellness center. The project included all associated work involving site work, utilities, roadways, security and parking area.

Scope of Work for our sister company Chahta Construction (formerly named Choctaw Electrical) on the Emergency Operations Command Center in the New Orleans Sector included providing general electrical work, as well as installation of the fire alarm system, card access system, security system and telecommunication system.
